Renovation
Cottages of Rehoboth is probably best known for our major renovation projects for which we have won three Rehoboth Main Street “Best Renovation” awards, as well as the Rehoboth Historical Society’s “Best Renovation” award. We work with clients to retain the charm of their existing homes while, at the same time, modernizing the structures to meet today’s efficiency and living standard requirements.
Design
We work with clients on all phases of the design process including floor plans, elevations, material choices, kitchen design and cabinet selection, tile, plumbing and electrical fixtures, flooring, trim packages and more. By working with homeowners from the design phase through construction, we are able to better control costs and ensure that you receive the highest quality home possible at the most reasonable price possible. Of course for those clients who have their own architects and designers, we also build to their exacting standards.
New Construction
Our new construction homes have also won Rehoboth’s “New Construction” award. We have built everything from tradition beach cottage style to Victorian to contemporary. We take great pride in building old world charm into our new construction projects. Our new homes normally range between 2,000 and 5,000 square feet, however, we can build smaller or larger depending on your needs and property.
