Allen Walker

Allen Walker formed Cottages of Rehoboth LLC in 2008 after spending more than 10 years as a “part-time” Rehoboth area real estate investor based in Washington, DC.   He understands firsthand how intimidating and frustrating it can be to build projects from afar and he is available to clients 7 days a week to ensure that your project meets your expectations.   In fact, it was because of the difficulties he had with his own projects that Allen decided to relocate from Washington, DC to Rehoboth and form Cottages of Rehoboth.  Since that time, the firm has built a reputation for construction quality, attention to detail and visual appeal.

Daniel Thornburg

Daniel Thornburg is a partner and project manager on all our projects.  Along with Allen, he works with clients and subcontractors to facilitate the construction process and ensure your home is built properly and efficiently.  He is onsite every day to ensure that our client’s vision is properly communicated to our employees and subcontractors.  His goal is deliver projects that exceed your expectations. 

Richard Steele

Richard Steele is a master carpenter who has been a part of our company for six years – first as an employee of a subcontractor, then as a subcontractor himself and now as a full time employee.  He has 20 years of experience working in all phases of construction.  Richard is an integral part of Cottages of Rehoboth.  He is the “hands on” manager of our carpentry crew ensuring that your vision of your new home is translated into reality.  His special skills in finish carpentry including complicated interior trim packages has become a trade mark of our projects.
